Only way you would get anything abnormal on the ultrasound would be if you have a swollen liver or any kind of damage, which is very very unlikely. My levels were sky high after a strong cycle and I had surgery 3 weeks later, my liver was normal when they looked at it with the laprascope. My stupid family doc was convinced id had liver damage, the surgeon just kinda laughed.
