    My boyfriend and I are new to this......

    Hi my name is jen and my boyfriend and I are just about to start our first experiment with HGH. Actually this is his screen name and i am just using it(if that is ok).
    I was just wondering if anyone has any advice to help me along with my new adventure. I go to the gym 4 times a week doing 45 min of cardio and 45 of lifting but still cant get my BF down to where I want it. This is where the jintropin seems like it would help.
    I have done my homework on it, but would welcome any advice or suggestions you might have as far as dose amounts, sides, or anything else you could come up with.
    I am 30 yrs old, 5'10",155 lbs and about 20% BF. My training is for athletic performance more than putting on mass.

    have you considered looking at your diet before spending $$ on gh? no one should HAVE to use gh to get their bf% down.....

    ^^^^ Agree 100%

    HGH is no fast solution to lowering bf%. A very $$$ venture that a fix in diet and cardio could do for nothing.

    my suggestions are stay away from HGH Its going to cost you thousands of dollars and doesnt seem like it will give you the results needed.Go to lions reaserch and look around I recoment clen or t3,just my 2cents also go hard on diet and cardio

    you are correct, i know. i am a vegetarian and try my best to keep my diet clean. As for the HGH, i know it is no miracle cure for body fat but it does have its merits.
    I also did not mention that the healing properties and ability to help you recover from extreme athletic events(i have joint related issues from jumping so often) over a long duration were also very important factors for my decision to try it.

    this is horrible advice. dont recomend stimulants/drugs to people without knowing their history. if this person has never done cardio/diet then why recomend clen/t3? both are dangerous drugs t3 can cause serious thyroid problems and your recomending it as an alternative? frankly i'd rather use GH



    and trafficfxr...i agree hgh does have very nice benefits such as anti aging etc so it may be something to look into but i would research it alot more....i dont konw much about it really only what i've researched for my personal use. i also do not konow how it effects the female body...? it may be undesirable being that your a female i really dont know....but also a vegetarian diet doesnt mean you're going to lose weight either.....so i would do some research on diets etc. hope i helped a lil

    GH kills my joints. The pain is very severe at times. And you do realize that you need to be on it for a minimum of 6 months before you really start to see any results. I'm no big fan of GH. Went for a year on Jintropin at 5ius per day. The results were ok. I did notice a little fat loss, but nothing I couldn't have done with cardio and diet and the side effects were very annoying especially the joint pain. I would clean up your diet and cardio before you started spending 1000s on GH. In my opinion there are much better alternatives.

    I recomended It because my girl uses clen and she loves the results It gave her,And the Information she provided wich you obviously missed Told me It might be a good direction to look in,Not to mention my personal use of GH was nothing but a waste of money with min fat loss this Is a fourm and Like I said its my opinion

    chillax captain! just said you shouldnt recomend harsh drugs without knowing stuff such as DIET as we all know thats 95% of everything and thats not to say she didnt JUST start going to the gym too

    Yea Theres Is A Lot Of Good Advice Concerning Your Question.however If U Have Done Your Research, Hgh Is A Great Fat Burner With Regard To Using T-3,clen,a Little Juice And Diet+ Cardio.
    Now If You Don't Mind Spending Some Money I Say Give It A Try. Its Not Like Your A Newby And Dont Know What Your Doing In The Gym! You Do Your Weights,cardio, And Im Sure Your Some What Conscious About Your Food Intake. Balls To The Walls Baby! Knock'em Dead!

    HGH for females works very well. Start with 1iu and see how it goes, my Mrs had excellent results with 1iu ran 5 on 2 off.
