I am a total newbie. I am trying to plan out my first cycly, and need all of the information I can rrecieve. I have been doing a lot of research, and I am still a little confused.
I am 30 yers. old. I weigh 190 lbs. I am 6' 1". I work out 3-5 times a week. I have pretty cut up, but I have problems putting on mass. My goal is to bulk up. I am into mixed martial arts, so I am in classes four times a week in addition to working out. My goal is to pack on a minimum of 30 pounds. I know I need to eat a lot more consistently. But I have seen several bulking diets, and I am unsure which to follow. I am very lean, and it seems no matter how much I eat, it does not affec my weight. MY body fat is around 8-10% tops. Please do not flame me up, I am just trying to get some advice from someone other than my work-out buddies, so this forum is a blessing.
