Hmm 1lb of muscle and 1lb of fat, weigh the same amount! So they weigh the same! LOL, this is like what weighs more a ton of steel or a ton of feathers. But 1lb of muscle takes up more space than a 1lb of fat.

However, 1 lb of fat takes up much more spacial area than 1 lb of muscle.
