nipple itchy from gyno or from tanning bed

Is my nipple itching from beginning signs of gyno or from the tanning bed? I just had my second injection thurs and my left nipple is just a tad itchy. I don't know if it is early signs of gyno or from maybe getting a little red in the tanning bed. Thought it might be a little early for gyno but dunno-have nolva on hand-what do u think
