    This is my Progress I know it is not much but I just want you guys to see my Progress I have doing cardio everyday for 30 min and I Weight first 270lbs and now I Weigh 253 I find it great my self I wish I had and pic of me when I Weight 273lbs
    Soon I will be ready for my first cycle

    Thx Dude but Yeah I Should of seen me first haha I was very heavy I hated those pic I burned them all Literlly, I'm taking my gym very seriously now

    arms have def shaped up a little,but pics of just your arms dont tell us much.
    need stats before and now.
    but your obviously working hard good change so far(even if its only arms we can see)
    keep training hard,sorry but i dont think your even nearly ready for a cycle.
    perhaps get under 14/15%bf first

    it's great that the cardio is going well for you, what type of eating routine are you following??

    I am training my Brother in law he is 6'2" 330 when we started 6 weeks ago..

    he has lost 10 lbs...

    but lost 2" waist 1" chest 1/2" neck

    gained 1" on his thigh
    gainied 1/2" on his calf..

    Wak up at 8.30 eat Breakfast at 9am Eggs or Tuna or Fat free Yogurt with Grains
    Cardio 10 till 10.45
    Eat 12 little bit of starch and salad planty with any meat
    2pm snack yogurt mostly
    4pm Fruit or Grain bar
    6pm gym do caardio and that train
    8pm tuna or Yogurt
    11 @ 12 Sleep

    Sorry I wrote in my first post 30min Cardio everyday I do 30min Cycle and 30min Running or sometimes when feel Lazzy I run only 15 @ 20 min but 30min cycling is standard

    Yeah man Trying to, I have Started eating Cottage cheese wich taste very bad but yeah protein, I eat oats also, I eat chicken but still working on that I eat Shrimp because on the Island haha easy xces and fish also. And cardio also in Order with Green Vegie

    Looks Great????? Or more adjustments???? Oh yeah and I eat 6times a day

    I ate like this afternoon 1lbs of grouper Dudes that taste great I think there is plenty of protein in there haha, and I mixed Flaxseed with my Protein Shake

    i personally dont eat shrimp because it it high in fat and doesn't have sufficient protein. I would look toward lean meat and chicken breast when deciding on your protein intake. Also are you taking a PWO supplement? It helps greatly retain as much muscle while cutting weight. Great improvement in so little time. However it is way too early to start any cycle. Good luck man

    Ohhh yeah... put up some new pictures with the shirt off b/c it is really hard to judge your improvements with that.

    how is the lipodrene treating you. Any side effects? do u personally think it helps?

    Hey Bro... If I were you I would do the cardio pre-breakfast.

    Yogurt is really high in Carbs, if you're doing your cardio after you eat all that you will be doing is using up the food you just took in instead of burning away fat.

    Also Try Breyers All Natural Vanilla or Organic yogurt.. because it doesn't have HFCS(High Fructose Corn Syrup) like most others.

    If I were you I would also probably be running a low-mild carb / high protein diet.

    If you can pick up the book :the ABs Diet by David Zinczenko
    This book really helped me form my diet along with learning alot about foods that I never knew

    Update pics 1 month of hard Cardio and fixed up my Diet very well like all U guys told me. I doing right now the High Protein Diet and low Carbs. Maybe you won't see any nice progress on muscle but I have lost alot a of and it shows. I lost 22lbs
