I'm not sure I understand. Are you saying he needs to be able to bench 225lbs more then his current maximum in two weeks and do it 20 plus times?
    That is outright impossible.

Start powerlifting, high weight, low reps, something like 5,3,1, or 3,2,1. And roid wise for fast strength would be Anavar.

He can bench 225.. 20-23 times needs to get it about 25-28 times. Var can cause cramping has to run his 40 yard dash.

The very best thing he could use would be caffine. And good rest before the comp. drugs would be no use at all. have him take 3 scoops of NO explode a half hour before he starts. maby a carb load for 3days before(good carbs). That is about the best shot he's got. Im sure it will help him. IF he gets good sleep and eats well.

I notice clear strengt increase from d-bol in only 4 days, so in 2 weeks he would defently benefit from the d-bol.

I would take 100 mg a/day for those 2 weeks up to the lift with an anti-estrogen, it should help quite a bit.

    cheque drops and ephedrine...
Beta alanine supp which will boost carnosine levels and may give him a few extra reps as it is said to slow the lactic acid buildup.

This is awful advice. Dont listen to it. The guy is looking to raise the number of reps he can do, not going for a one rep max press.

agreed, if you are looking for high reps, you have to train high reps, halostein and a boat load of test prop or even better test suspension will help a hell of alot

Agreed here. I would try to get some halo at least. If all you have is dbol, it really should help a bit in 2 weeks. I wouldnt expect a whole lot though. I dont understand why he didnt start planning months in advance, why is he waiting until now? Sounds a bit lazy to me.

aso the cheque drops the day of the contest will help

One of the problem with Dbols for two weeks is the added water weight. He needs to run timed sprints the same day if I understand the poster correctly.

I was about to post why not just take test prop he will see results the next day and if he has 2 weeks he should def be getting up the extra 8 reps with test prop...hes near 300 and cant get 225 up 30 times...he needs to start training harder...

Test Suspension, 2 times everyday, thats going to be the fastest with no water weight, and he should have been working on this long before now! However If I had a chance of going pro I'd eat dog shit if it helped me so do whatever it takes man. And yeah 23 times kinda sucks considering brady quinn did it 24 times I think and he's a quater back.

Your biggest problem is going to be finding gear that fast and getting pins and everything. Unless you know someone that has it on hand.

I'm not 100% sure about this, but in school when I was going for endurance records, I read somewhere that taking like a tablespoon of baking soda shortly before the set, would help w/ the lactic acid build up which seems to be what causes most people to not get those few extra reps that maybe they actually can strength wise.
