My First cycle complete - pics included

Finished first cycle: Test E 500mgs week, 11 weeks total. I ate 3200-3600 moderatly clean to poor cals the first 6 weeks where I gained all my weight. I ate around 2000-2200 when i was cutting

When I first started working out, on a "whatever comes my way" diet, absolutly no cardio: 181lbs 19% BF 12-2005

Before Cycle, steady diet, regular cardio: 172lbs 13% BF 12-2006

6 Weeks in Cycle, not the best diet, no cardio: Fatty Bloated 198lbs ?? BF 1/07(too many simple carbs!)

11 Weeks in Cycle, clean diet, plenty of cardio: 185lbs 12% BF Me last week(increased cardio, decresed cals)

So there are the snap shots from my first voyage. I liked my first cycle, but wish I ate better and switched up my routine every 3 weeks like I originally planned.
My advice to any new commers is to wait untill you CAN maintain a steady diet (I lived in OC for 3 days and in LA for 4 days, not the best condition to haul food around when im constantly moving all my stuff).
Maintain a cardio routine, if the weight isn't comming on like planned up the clean cals, don't sluff off the cardio.
Take pictures, so you can show how you do!

Now I need to workout my ego and get some confidence, havn't gotten laid forever! HAHA....j/k

    ANY COMMENTS WELCOME!

Special thanks too: Pumpd4lif, Nark, IDBmfkr, Special Beast, and everyone else that responded to my PM's.

In my latest "myspace" type picture was just good lighting to show my def. on my stomach honestly.

LOL, no, my lats were not all bloat, i had that mostly on my cheeks.

Its all about weighted pull ups....bro.

cool, wasnt knockin the bloat, you appeared really big in the 2/16 pictures, those made me think you were much bigger then your more recent pics, not that your BF% was high in the 2/16 but you leaned up alot for that newest pics It looks like.....nice work, gonna be doing those pull ups now

I did lean up a lot, but the lighting on the 2/16 pics didn't show my lines as well and the fact that I was holding the camera in my hands instead of setting it down. so they were a touch blurry from that too.

Yea I wasn't getting the same burn from the machines so I just do 3-4 sets of heavy pull ups for 3-4 sets, then do damn near perfect isolation on a pull down machine for 2 sets - really gets them swole.

Best advice i can give you is to keep up the cardio and do it before breakfast for 45-60 min about 4 days a week. When I did this the weight just started comming off.

IBDmfkr gives great diet advice and really nails the statement down: you are what you eat.

Thanks bro. I have been doing cardio 30mins 5 days a week. I should step it up a bit I guess. I usually burn about 470 calories or so in that 30 min. I dont know if that is good or bad. Thanks for the pointer, now back to the thread discussion.

thats a good start, I believe that it takes the body about 20 min to burn off a good amount of carbs you have stored in your body, past this point you will start burning more fat (not exact facts but from what I understand). Bump it up to 45 min and I bet you will see an improvment in a couple weeks.

Thanks a lot bro. I usually am out of energy after a 1/2 hour. Perhaps if I split it up it will work, like 30 mins then 15 minutes a little later on in the workout.

Dont meant to hijack the thread but if you are out of gas after 30 mins you are doing it all wrong bro. All you need to burn fat is your heart rate at about 115 BPM, that is a brisk walk and nothing more. 45 mins should be no big deal

    Ego

noticed your quick comment there on pickin up your ego. A quick word of advice dont give it to girls give it to god. Nobody names me but God alone and it is him and him alone that sustains me. I love the gym and the results I get but I do it to make the most of what HE gave me. this life isnt mine and either is this body. So you havent been laid in a while... Good! I havent in almost a year and I am proud of it. I dont need a chick to give me my my worth; I was shown it by christ on the cross.

Its really hard to say actually...I just started getting strong and bloated/fat and lost most of...all of my definition. I only started to see my gains when I cut. I added good mass on my legs (most weight went there), I have a fuller upper chest, lats, and I've added some mass to my arms.

Nothing drastic. Subtle yet noticable (too me at least).
