    Dnp???

I am going to do a 14 day cycle of dnp. It is starting to get hot here and I work outside. I only work for about 2.5 hours at a time and then I stop for about a hour and If i need to I can stop when ever for a break(im a subcontractor). If i only stick to 200mg a day do I need to worry about the heat outside? Will I be able to tell if Im starting to geting to hot to take a break?
This will be my first time with DNP.

@ 200mg I wouldn't be overly concerned with heat...however where are you located? How hot is it there?

Just make sure you taking 2 gallons of water a day and don't overly exert yourself because physical work all day + weight/cardio training is a lot on DNP.

Im in Florida. Its getting in the 80's. (not that hot at the moment)
Here is another question. Some people say first time stay with 200mg some say its ok to do 400mg on first cycle????? Would it be bad to hit 400mg in the heat?
I know to start off with 200 to see how my body will take it.
And I am going to cutout cardio.
Also should I not train as hard when im on?

I know all the question have been answer at one time or another but I want to be damn sure before I do this!

I agree that it's a good idea to drink a lot of water while taking DNP, but I'd be careful about making sweeping recommendations for water intake. At a lower dosage, people often don't sweat at all. Water intake should increase as fluid losses increase. I spoke to one person who experienced kidney pain from drinking so much water. He thought he needed to drink even more, but fortunately we stopped him. In an even worse scenario, someone could die from water intoxication. As I often recommend, drink water liberally, but don't down an arbitrary number of gallons just to meet some water quota. Like many things, appropriate water intake is going to depend on the circumstances.

It really depends on how you respond to it. There's a great deal of variation in individual response to a given dosage of DNP (which is one of the reasons it was discontinued). If your temperature gets to 99.2 or higher, you're taking too much, regardless of the dosage. Start low, stay on each dosage for at least 5-6 days, and evaluate. If your temperature is not high and you're feeling well, increase the dosage (If you want. If not, stay happily where you're at). Monitor the effects for the next several days and lower the dosage or discontinue use if your temp gets too high or if you feel excessively hot, lethargic, or unwell.
