I'm into fitness, but more of the cross fit type stuff as opposed to bodybuilding.. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as far as different gear to use. I'm looking to avoid anything that would hurt my cardio and run times..
So far what I can gather is EQ/Prop/Var/Winny seem to be my best bets.. Anyone have cycle suggestions? I'm looking for increases in speed and strength, but not too much of an increase in weight. Considering paper products due to availability if that makes a difference

5'10 190, about 13%
have done 2 cycles in the past a few years back.. sust/deca and later tren/prop/eq. Did good PCT both times. I was very happy with the results, but my goals have changed now..
