    Exclamation Hgh and Test e......baseball

    I am new to the forums and I am new to any type of gear. Right now I am starting hgh and some test e. I am not looking to bulk up too big but I would like to lose some fat and put on some upper body strength. What would be the best dosage to take the items listed above?

    I have no trouble increasing my leg size but I just cant increase my upper body

    whats your workout scedule and cals intake also?
    if you have been working out for 4-5 years at 6'1", you should be a hell of a lot heavier than 185lbs, a lot heavier!

    I lift at least 3-4 times a week. I do abs and core everyday. I also long toss and hit 4-5 times a week. I don't lift much during the season because we play everyday and I start to slim very fast after I stop working out as often.
    I really don't keep track of my diet. I know I get around 100g of protein a day. I stay away from fast food and excess sugar.

    If you eat correctly and train correctly, there is no reason you can't add upper body strength natually..

    Also I have this to say.. And it's Unfair to all those playing that don't involve themselves into illegal subtances.

    I do gear but just to satisfy myself, not so I can out bench someone or beat them at arm wrestling.

    Im not sure about the dosage. but many players I know use hgh only. test will bulk u up. I play college baseball and am very aware of your situation. read up on the hgh dosage, but test should be around 500 mg a week, 2 shots a week. It will take about 5 weeks to kick in just to let u know.

    All you need is a good training program and healthy diet, you are 25+ lbs away from being ready for steroids or GH.
