So im 5'6" 135lbs and 8% bf. 21 yrs old. Heres what I need help with. when i was 13 yrs old I had radiation therapy and from that... i haven't gotten much bigger and the docs said thats what its from. I've been working out 4x week for the last 7 months or so. My bench is at 185... pretty good for my weight and my diet sucks. I just recently got some Test prop. Haven't used it yet. For the last week though ive been reading these fourms. I know, I know, im too small, diet sucks, and i need to train for yrs b4 I do it.
So to be honost, since i've already bought a cycle's worth, im probably going to try it out here in the next month or so. I just wanted to know what some good diet foods are. My goal is to just not be soo damn skinny.. and trust me.. just eating dont help, i've tried. im at 135'ish and i want to be at like 160ish give or take. Not too much, but I just thought that if I was to take ONE cycle of test prop it would be like a "jump start" then i would go to eating very healthy and taking supplements. Go ahead and yell at me, I can see it coming already, but does anybody have some advice to me using the test???? Thanks for all.
