I have been lifting for almost 2 years straight now. I have been taking no-explode prior to workouts and then after workouts taking muscle milk protein but recently have switched to 100% pure egg protein. I also take glutamine pills on a daily basis. I play basketball a few times a week and get most of my cardio from there. I want all six abs and not my pathetic four. I eat healthy but i still am not getting the results I want. Im looking to get shredded and lose my excess body fat. Is clen the supplement im looking for???
