Guys anyone ever have any hip joint problems? i know i have something goin on with it...i could feel it creeping up very slowly the past couple wks, during leg training--i wasnt sure what it was at first...its weird, i can never train legs for more than 8 wks without having some type of BS problem...normally it goes away a couple hours after and i barely felt it earlier but today i felt it a bit more during the workout and after too, its basically the hip joint..on the outer side of my leg area..anyone have any suggestions or similar stories? thanks
