Doctor type to visit?

I need to see a doc to get some antibio or maybe drain the stuff out, so I can go to any type? I'm kinda lost if i should try the family ones or some sport doctors?

Ass is swelled up big time, can't sit or sleep, getting very bad headaches/weakness for the last 3 days now, have a slight purple color forming on my skin (around my wrists).

Shot was in the glutes.

So the doc gave me Levaquin - 750mg a day for a week, he said if it won't improve then they will do a drain which will cost a lot of $$$!

I was reading on Levaquin though, there are tons of negative reviews on it causing all sorts of sides: http://www.medications.com/index.php...evaquin&page=1

I am taking anavar (80mg), so should i stop it or continue it with this drug. After reading the Levaquin's sides i'm not sure what to do..

The plan was to take anavar until i start my pct which is still 10 days away.
