    whats a good PWO meal

    ????? since everyone is all against dex now when its used to be praised what is best PWO meal whey, banana, oats???????

    i consume liquid aminos PWO then 15-30min later i have..
    usually 50-60g of carbs from pasta, 1cup regu pasta sauce and then 9oz chickn or porkchop diced up in it

    either the kind from optimum or from twinlab.. i personally see very lil difference between them cept for the sugar.. optimums liquid amino kan harden into ****in CONCRETE making shit hard to clean..where as twinlab turns into the stickiest thickest goo ever LOL

    edit: when i was younger.. bout 16-18.. i used the amino tablets/pills.. but **** dood, those things are bigger than horse pills! so i decided against that a lil later in life as my esophagus got wallowed out.

    i take 20g BCAAS and sip about 3/4 of it before and during my workout. then i down the last 1/4 after my PWO cardio. then when i get back to my shithole apartment i have 2 cups skim milk, whey, oats, and f/f cottage cheese.

    i have read a lot lately about the benefits of combining whey and casein so i have started eating f/f cottage cheese with my whey PWO.

    i usually have 1/2cup w/ my pasta/chickn, and i have also incorporated dairy w/ whey for pwo shake but imo its all the same and consuming WHOLE food pwo gives me the greatest benefits.
