Alright, right now, my diet is "okay" and I do try and get a lot of protein in me, I get about 150grams or so. I know some people say I need more, like 200grams or so.
Anyways, I usually eat about 2 containers of cottage cheese per week (that's 1000 grams) Each container is 500g. Now, when I start my cycle in September, i'm planning on eating one container of cottage cheese EACH day. Now I was just wondering if this is not healthy or too much?

Now, that's only per 125g of serving, which means in ONE container, it's a total of 60grams protein, 10grams fat and 24grams carbs.
Is this okay? I will be eating one container SPLIT into two servings throughout the day. Plus lots of other stuff of course
What ya'll think? You guys eat lots of cottage cheese? Some people hate the taste, but I can just sit and eat one whole container alone with no problem. Mixing with fruits is also good idea![]()
