    Estrogen low for too long

Is it bad if your on letro for a cpl of months due too low levels of estrogen and were they say that "its hard to recover being shutdown for soo long" does that apply to estrogen?

no the shut down scenario does not apply to estrogen. However long term letro use can make you feel lethargic due to low estrogen levels. It is also not good for blood lipids.

As Perfectbeast2001 said low estrogen is very bad for hdl/ldl values. Actually estrogen has many other benefits as well (stimulates IGF,HGH, helps to efficiently burn glucose, helps with bone density), and believe it or not, small amounts are required if you wish to maintain a healthy male sex drive. Be careful coming off the Letro as there is usually an estrogen rebound. Tapering is recommended but I have not mastered that yet and still get the rebound. I think this time I will switch to arimedex after coming off the femara and then taper that.

Do you guys think 2months is alright to be on letro at 2.5mg? I have experienced like a sickness when i was doing 2.5mg i feel it was due to my imune system being weakend and my sexdrive wasnt there anymore.

Yes, it's actally very bad to use letrozole for an extended period of time, and I certainly would not reccomend using it for longer than necessary.

People often overlook the fact that other AIs lower estrogen, but still keep it within acceptable physiological ranges. Letro completely kills off your estrogen to nothing. This will cause joint issues, immune dysfunction, compromised blood lipids, decreased cognitive function, and a host of other problems.

I was sick for about half a year (flu like symptoms) from too much letro, and blew my knee out when I was on it for too long, almost ending my athletic career.

Don't use it for too long. Period.
