    WHen to take Dbol??

    I'm taking 20mg dbols 10mg tabs.

    If I workout most nights at about 5:30pm so im thinnking since the half life is 4 hours then i should take 10mg at about 3-4 then another at about 8pm?

    are those the best 8 hours?

    and i know most will say 20 mgs arnt enough and dont waste my time. thanks.

    I think the halflife is 8 hours...

    And some people say take it all in the morning, or split up the dosage. I try to split mine up, but I really dont think @ 20mg/ED it will matter much, IMO.

    BTW I did 25mgs ED and I put on ~17 pounds, kept 10. Not too bad for 4 weeks...

    i'd take all 20mg 1.5-2 hours before u workout

    I'd do 10mg am, 10mg pm.

    20mg should be enough to see gains of off (depending on your cycle history), however I would never run dbol by itself.

    I think it best to try to keep a constant level in your blood stream and always try to break it up as much as possible even waking up at night to take it, i.e. spread it out through out the day. I also only use dbol to kick start a cycle.

    The second reason is, as you know, the circadian rythm for our natural test production and release isn't even or constant throughout the day either. they have pulses just like GH and IGF. My reasoning is that i feel i only need a major spike or pulse just before and during my training, when my body will require more anabolic hormones than any other time of the day. During the anabolic phase of the day, which usually last 4 hours, and d-bol's hald life is just about perfect to fit this window. The growth phase which follows and last for approx 18-19 hours will be taken care of by my baseline of test running through my system anyways, like 400mgs/week of enanthate etc, i already have an increase in nitrogen, and increase in protein synthesis. So the big d-bol pulse i use to deal with the cortisol problems, as we know d-bol is one of the best AAS for blocking and reducing cortisols effects.

    As an example, using d-bol all at once, vs taking 10mgs every 4 hours. We willassume the half life to be 4 hours to keep it simple.

    D-bol all at once: 60mgs all at once before training

    0----4----8---12---16--hours
    60 - 30 - 15 - 7.5 - 3.75

    D-bol Spread out: 10mg every 4 hours, starting when you wake up.

    0----4----8------12----16--hours
    10 - 15 - 17.5 - 18.75 - 19

    You'll notice in the "all at once" we have the highest amount of d-bol present, (the first 8 hours) and this is occurring just before, during, and following exercise, and post workout nutrition. It is also somewhat self tapering.

    In the "spread out" we don't reach a high concentration until 8 hours in, and even then the concentration levels aren't that consistant. Plus the peak levels barely hit 19mgs. And since most of us train in the evening, it's safe to say that our d-bol levels will be around 18mgs just before, during, following, and post wrokout nutrition. Whereas with the "all at once we are at 60mgs during the anabolic phase.
    Personally I had better results all at once, I had less side effects too (less backpumps) and I know alot of people who reported the same.

    He does not have a 400mg of test baseline. Maybe I read him wrong but I read he is doing dbol only. and based on that he will not have a base line and the sides will be worse, specificlly gyno.

    If he has the baseline, if he's stacking then I stand corrected, sorry.

    Snrfmaster Im doing a Dbol Only cycle. i would be doing 30 Mgs perday but only have 50 tabs and am waitng on more to come.
    if i could get my hands on more blue hearts i would be at 30 - 40 mgs but my source just stoppeed taking Credit cards. (Hint, Hint) i dont know of anywhere else yet and need to research more (hint).

    so youre saying with test it should be all 20mg in the morning? even if my workout isnt till 5:30 or 6pm???

    im also trying to figure out when the best time is to take dbol. i'd assume when u wake up and before workout. but what about after workout or before bed? if the half life is only 4-5 hours then this should mean that you should spread your doses out to about 3 or 4 times a day. should u take w. meals or without or doesnt matter? if i was to take 40mg/day, would this be ok:
    i workout around 1:00-2:00
    10mg when you wake up
    10mg 5 hours later (before workout)
    10mg 5 hours later
    10mg before bed

    i'd be taking test along with the dbol for 12 weeks..dbol for first 4 weeks

    2 dosages, one in the morning and one before you lift. 10 mg. and 10 mg.

    i took my dbol 2-4 hrs before my workout so that it would be peaking by the time i hit the gym i treid split dose but couldnt sleep and i didnt notice much improvement in strength that was at 30 mg on wk 3 wk 456 50mg 1 time aday 2-4 hrs before workout and oh sht big difference .there was definately a big increase in strength.and you should also use proviron to help with water retention and help reduce estro

    there doesn't seem to be a consensus, so i am going to take 20mg/20mg instead of 40mg at once.

    a couple of other time questions:

    1. i am taking 1/2 of 2.5mg femara each day. when should i take the 1/2?
    2. can i take dbol and/or femara on empty stomach or should i take w/ food?

    i usually go to bikram yoga @ 8:30am (before eating), eat, train at 3pm, eat and then eat dinner at 7 or 8pm.

    i can take dbol at 10:30am with my post-yoga meal and at night. i can take femara any time during the day pending what your thoughts are.

    in addition to dbol and femara, i am taking test e and deca injections 2x weekly.

    Steroids will do nothing for you in that case
