I currently take 15g on workout days and 10g of off days I was just curious if any of you guys take it, how much do you take and is it really that necessary or am I just wasting my money

i feel that i recover a lot quicker when im taking glutamine then when im not some people like it some dont i happen to, i usualy go 5g wake up, 5g pre workout, 5g post wokrout, and 5g before bed how are you splitting yours up?
I do 5g before workout 5g after workout 5g before bed on off days 5g in the morning when I get up and 5g before I go to bed
that sounds good how long have you been on it and how do you like it so far
I always been on it ever since I started weights so nearly 2 years I guess I couldn't really say if it's working or not because I have never train without it but my muscle soreness always goes away in 2 days sometimes I don't even get any pain so I would say I am recovering quickly. My only concern is that does your body get used to the constant supply and by doing that is it's effects reduced
