Beginner Cycles

Hi; could someone tell me how to read the cycle exaples in the CYCLES FOR BEGINNERS? The weeks are divided into three sections.

I want to use the WINSTROL AND DECA cycle. It states to use WINSTROL 50mg EOD/DECA 400MG /WINSTROL 50mg EOD. Why is WINSTROL shown twice?

Also,can someone tell me how I should divide the WINSTROL throughout the day for best results?

Deca: 400mg wk for 10 weeks
Winny: 25-50mg ed starting at week 6, and run it thru 12.

start clomid 3 days after winny is done.

what kinda winny u got? if they are 5mg or 10mg tabs, take them 3-4 times a day
