Ingredients:
1lb. 99% Fat Free Turkey Breast
1/2 Diced Onion
1/2 Diced Red Pepper
1/2 Cup Diced Celerey
3 Egg Whites
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons Dried Basil
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 cup oats
Mix ingredients together and form a loaf. Pre-heat Oven to 350 Degrees and bake for 1 hour.
Optional Topping:
1/4 cup brown splenda
1/4 cup sugar free ketchup
3 tablespoons brown mustard
1/2 teaspoon mesquite smoke flavoring
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Mix ingredients together, and baste loaf all over.
