OK guys i am starting my cutting diet in 2 week. i put alot of work into it and it has been approved on the forum. I am really curious to see what starts to happen because i have been lifting for 8 years along with playing sports but have had no diet. my normal day of eating would consist of things like.....subs, tacos, burgers, steaks alot of milk and a whole buch of other junk.
the diet im starting is 2937 cals 341 pro, 242 carbs, 53g fat 45grams from flax.
now that i am eating clean my protien intake is up prbably 100grams a day. all of my carbs are now from veggies and whole wheats, instead of sub rolls and pizza
what can i expect to see as far as weight loss and bodyfat loss ratio??
