When working out on cycle, do you feel its better to do more exercises per body part or to just keep it the same. I tend to do at least 4 exercises per body part, with the exception of back which is like 7 or 8, I have never increased this during cycle, and I was wondering if I should. I also do 3-4 sets per exercise, should I increase this as well, my goals are to increase lbw, as most peoples goals are. I want to drop fat that I gained when I had my back surgery so I am also doing 30 mins of cardio at 70% of my HRR 7 days a week.
