    on cycle

    When working out on cycle, do you feel its better to do more exercises per body part or to just keep it the same. I tend to do at least 4 exercises per body part, with the exception of back which is like 7 or 8, I have never increased this during cycle, and I was wondering if I should. I also do 3-4 sets per exercise, should I increase this as well, my goals are to increase lbw, as most peoples goals are. I want to drop fat that I gained when I had my back surgery so I am also doing 30 mins of cardio at 70% of my HRR 7 days a week.

    Nobody can really answer this for you bro. Its more your call, no one here knows your body, how it recovers, and how it works better than you.

    You have to experiment with different workout regimes until you find one that suites you the best.
