    Strongpoints: delts, bi's, chest

    Weakpoints: back, legs, traps

Hit those weakpoints up. Seems like you like to train chest/shoulders and arms.

I totally agree. Try hitting the legs with more weight. Looks like you have a great base but if you challenge your body more it will pay off.

Another thing, I would hold off on the cycle.

I used to work with my friend with a very similar build to you and we were able to add 10lbs of LBM naturally on him during the summer months alone last summer.

thanks guys. Yeah i dont give a fcuk bout stretch marks tho anyways. Uhm yeah i definitly need work on my legs/back. My lat spread is starting to come out a bit, believe or not it was alot worse then that. One thing i could use help with tho is some good excersizes for back THICKNESS. Not lat spread but like thickness the other way. Ive been doing seated cable rows, but they dont seem to do shit for me. Im thinking of even splitting my back day into back width and then coming back at night and doing back thickness. Anways 16days into the cycle, ill post some pictures tonight.

You have a real strong base....I have to agree with Chest6 in regards to your bodyparts and would probably recommend the same with holding off on the cycle. You have achieved a lot naturally, my guess is you will continue to make good gains with tightening your diet and balancing your training to bring up your weak parts.

    18 dyays

this is me 18 days in (25mg of dbol Daily and 750mg of Test E weekly)
as for my diet....Pizza pockets and jamacian patties. I throw in a box of lucky charms every now and then. I have tried dieting, but cant seem to stick to it. Bad will power i guess. Ive heard that just sticking to a good diet can have the same effects of a powerful steroid. But i just cant seem to turn down the finer things in life.

That's the worst diet I've ever heard in my life. I'd forget about achieving your goals then. Even with all the steroids in the world, you're going to have to have a decent diet to gain muscle, or lose fat. Bottom line.

I don't know why anyone would pay money for a cycle, have the willpower to stick themselves with a needle, spend countless painful hours at the gym, and then blow it all because they don't feel like eating the right foods or eating enough food.

Because eating right requires constant will power and motivation. Spending the money and sticking yourself takes about 10 minutes of thought.

Bro, a cycle isn't an excuse to eat like shit...and since when did pizza pockets, Jamaican patties and Lucky Charms become the finer things in life.
If you get serious with your diet you can make plenty gains without the drugs. And get serious with the drugs and you'll see a tremendous change. Do you know how many grams of protein you're consuming? When you're on a cycle you need to increase your protein intake. I completely agree with AandF6969:

lol i do try, its just that im always on the go, i guess im just not at the same stage u guys are. I dont seem to have a problem keeping off unwanted fat. But i do count my grams of protein/carbs/calories a day:

    First off i weigh at 160-165lbs @ 11%bf, standing at 5'8''

    Protein: 200grams
    Calories: between 2500 to 3000
    Carbs: 500-600

Money is a major factor for me as well as time to eat. Anyone have easy to cook foods i can just make once in bulk and then just distribute throughout the week and bring to work and shit? Jamacian patties and pizza pockets are so simple u know what i mean? Toss that shit in the microwave and BOOM! Yeah, you guys are totally right, theres no arguement there, anyone have to time to help me construct a diet/grocery list? My budget is about 250-300 bucks every two weeks. ALL UR COMMENTS ARE MUCH APPRICIATED!

i definatly agree with bodawg, esp since you need to have a good diet while on juice, if i had to chose to spend your money on quality food and no juice or juice barely any food id go with the quality food and no juice

You have genetics to be lean easily that I would kill for.

With your budget for food I think you could eat anything you want that was clean and meet your budget easily. The convenience of fast food can be matched with clean food with a little extra planning.

I think I spend 2/250 on whole foods each month, maybe another hundred on supps, MAYBE. I dont keep real good track of the supps though cause I will buy them one every 2.5-3 months

im sorry but thats the WORST advice ive ever heard anybody give, stay away from fast food, no matter how fast your metabolisam is you still dont want that junk in you, the way i look at it, if your getting a burger(that is big), fries, and a drink and someone else is making it for you all under $5 it CAN NOT BE GOOD, so many fats and unwanted bad calories, dont do it, there are plenty of meals to be made in 10 minutes or less, go to www.muscleandfitness.com and go to nutrition they have A LOT of meals that are great for you

here is my thread for my diet, NOW keep in mind i weigh about 210 now so you wont need as much as i do but check it out get some ideas

costco-sams club-or just regular grocery store man, id recommend buying boneless chicken breast(RAW) you can get a HUGE bag for like 15 bucks in frozen food isle, then breads are cheap, protein is vvery cheap, go buy rice and otehr veggies spend like 30 bucks on that, if you dont have a grill invest in one, go to a grocery store and ask them to sell you a BOX of eggs, box includes like 5 dozens of eggs for like 10 bucks, make sure you stay hydrated too, dont buy hot dogs or spam or any of that crap, buy HUGE 1lb packages of yogurt and cottage cheese, and a 1lb bag of nuts, and so on, this is what i do, go to grocery store and spend like an hour or two there just look for foods read the contest and you will find something good

oh to answer your question about the carb intake. im 210 and i will be taking in about 500g so my muscles have enough nergy to make it and grow. so i would say anywhere between 350-430 depending on what you do each day and all that but it think that would be good, focus on getting 2g of protein per every pound of body mass, your case 320g of protein a day. and i would say about 2700-3700 cal a day

Costco rocks!!! 13lbs of chicken for around $20. 9lbs oatmeal for about $5. 10 lbs rice for about $5. 12 pack egg whites $13. Ground turkey cheap as shit. I can eat an awesome diet for a month for around $200. Can't beat that at all.

you need to start hitting deadlifts for your back, it will help so much. traps are also a weakness, i usually throw traps (dumbbell shrugs, heavy barbell shrugs) at the end of my back day. the money you've spent on a cycle may go to waste if you don't improve your attitude about what to eat, esp. once you come off. the fact that you listed pizza pockets as a finer thing in life is hilarious, but honestly, replace that w/ tuna. in fact tuna is even easier to make. you open the can and eat it.
shoulders and abs look good, bi's are ok. oh and please dont add pics that have some sort of visual effect added to them, they dont help us critique.

lol true say. but u cant go back in time right? anyways im soaking in all this info best i can. I have improved my diet accordingly (listening to alot of AandF sticky in the diet section) Getting most of my carbs from Rice and white potatoes. Protein from tuna/lean beef/lean chicken. And i dont remember who said it, but im doing the whole hard boil eggs thing, and thats working out good for me. Can anyone tell me what a good salt intake is? I dont even have a clue of how much is to much? Thanks again everyone, few more days for new pics. And oh since i starting deadlifting my back never hurts at work anymore (general labour in some warehouse slugging boxes). My lower back strength improved real fast! keep em coming guys

I would lay off the cycles man, get your diet in check, and work really hard on naturally bringing up those week body parts. After a couple of years on that, then you could maybe look into cycle.
