Alright guys just finished writing out a new cutting diet but i feel like it's not exactly on I thought it was enough but the macro"s came out way short. I'm not sure if I need another meal or if I need to add more food, or maybe this is good. Age: 20, Height: 6ft 2 in, Weight: 237, BF%: 20ish. I'll be doin 45 min of am cardio 4 times a week. Let me know what to do guys.
Meal 1
5 egg whites, 1/2 cup oatmeal
231 cal, 22 g pro, 29 g carb, 3 g fat

meal 2
2 scoops whey, flax
405 cal, 40 g pro, 8 g carb, 15 g fat

meal 3
6 oz. chicken breast, 1 cup broccolli
195 cal, 35 g pro, 4 g carb, 4 g fat

workout

meal 4
PWO shake, 100 g potatoe
340 cal, 44 g pro, 34 g carb, 4 g fat

meal 5
5 oz. pork chop, romaine lettuce, 1 cup rice (cooked)
445 cal, 45 g pro, 41 g carb, 11 g fat

meal 6
1 can tuna, flax
275 cal, 28 g pro, 13 g fat

1891 cals, 214 g pro, 116 g carb, 50 g fat ( this all seems too low to me)
