First a little stats before I give the info.
I am 29. 240lbs currently around 13%BF
competed last year for the first time at 187lbs (3rd place out of 13)
Great diet and dedication.
Great pain tolorance and cardio doesn't bother me at all.
I used the off time to EAT EAT EAT.
I really think I could compete clean at around 200lbs this year but going to make sure I take home some hardware.

1-3 Test Prop 100mg EOD
1-6 Test Cip 400mg/wk
7-11 Test Ethanate 400mg/wk
14-16 Test Prop 100 mg EOD
11-16 Tren A 100mg EOD
12-16 Whin 100mg EOD week 15 & 16 ED
10-12 Liquid T-Bol 20mg ED
13-16 Anavar 40mg ED
1-16 EQ 400mg/wk
1-16 adex .25ml ED
14-16 Provarion 25mg ED
Also need help with PCT
I have plenty of HMG, Ndex, Adex, Clomid just don't knwo exactly how I sould use it. Getting mixed signals about PCT from different people.
So how does it look?
I want to hit stage lean and hard around 215lbs
