Can I use Propecia with Steroid ?

I am doing a cycle of Deca + Testosterone-Enanthate.

I am losing some hair because of genetic from my parent.

I am very confuse about the fact of using Propecia while doing a cycle of steroid.

What will happen if I take both at the same times.

yes you can use it,but if you are losing hair anyway this will only slow it down.some hairloss will occur using most steroids if you are prone.

Supposedly taking propecia (finasteride) while on AAS inhibits the strength gains you can make by stopping conversion of test to DHT, a test derivative which is more androgenic than test alone. since it's known anabolic/androgenic go together i.e. u cant have a totally anabolic steroid without some androgenicity, stopping conversion to DHT will lower binding to androgen receptors and inhibit gains. This shits all hearsay, if i were u i'd take it and not think twice, 1mg/day finasteride is pretty standard. plus DHT has a 3X greater binding affinity to cells in the prostate (bad) so less circulating DHT by inhibiting conversion could help ya out there, Good Luck bro

You know, I am taking propecia with my test cyp/deca cycle right now. I've read that you don't suppose to mix propecia and deca and I believe it to a certain extent. But I think it's a case by case deal on how your body deals with DHN. I am not losing any hair as of yet. The word is not to use propecia and Deca together.

i try propecia, and it give me bad sexual dysfunction. so I stop it.

Can someone explain me why taking Propecia with Deca, is worste than Deca alone ?

If it's deca then NO, do not take dht inhibators while on this thats what some people say.

Deca Durabolin - I've never had a problem with my hair on this one, neither have hundreds of other guys I've talked to. The safety of this steroid, as far as hairloss is concerned, stems from the fact that 5-alpha-reductase enzyme, instead of converting it to a stronger androgen like DHT, converts it to a very mild androgen called DHN. Taken in dosages of up to 300-400 mg weekly it shouldn't produce any hairloss problems, this is due to the fact that, being a highly HPTA supressive androgen, 300-400 mg are no more androgenic than our endogenous testosterone (supressed while we are taking it) would be.. One BIG word of caution: While you are taken Deca Durabolin never ever take 5AR blockers such as Proscar/Propecia, for it would block the conversion of nandrolone to DHN in tissues such as the scalp and the prostate, resulting in hairloss and BPH, which is what we are trying to avoid taking Deca.

Testosterone cypionate, propionate, etc., androderm, sustanon 250: All of these are different testosterone preparations, they all have the same properties as far as hairloss is concerned: they convert to DHT via 5-alpha-reductase enzyme. That's the main reason why testosterone is so androgenic. However, if one takes testosterone along with a 5AR blocker such as Proscar it's not nearly that harmful for your hair. So, if you are concerned about hairloss and are taking testosterone, always use it along with Proscar. Take into account that DHT is an anti-estrogen and blocking it while your body has supraphysiological levels of testosterone might lead to gynecomastia, so it's advisable to combine Proscar with Arimidex (an aromatase inhibitor).

i had planned on using test n deca in a cycle and im on dutasteride and statred about you said not to take proscar with deca but what about tren also that is a 19nor will that also speed up hairloss tren and fina?

It is true that proscar prevents nandrolone from converting to DHN a much milder androgen. But assuming you have to run test with it, not taking proscar would make you have to deal with DHT.
I would take my chances with nandrolone instead of DHT.
