Does anyone know any good sites that you can put your info in like what foods you like and what not and it will develope a plan for you?
I recently signed up for the mens health online trainer because i thought it would be cool to keep a log, have someone develope diet and what not. I am not a newb to dieting so I do have some background and success doing it but when I saw ham and what not I started to get nervous. lol
Anyway does anyone know a service like this??? Cool theory but mens health doesn't allow you to choose your foods and I have a list of things I eat.
