    How is Benadryl every other week?

    I'm currently using Clen and i've come to the conclusion that it seems more logical to take Benadryl every other week over the course of 6 weeks in order to upregulate the B-2 receptors. The standard method it seems is to take the Benadryl on the 3rd week (when receptors seem to be severely down-regulated by then). Why wait for the receptors to be down before you start up-regulating them again? Today is the start of my 2nd week on Clen, and i'm going to try the Benadryl everyday this week.

    I'm just wondering if anyone else has done this method of using Benadryl every other week?

    Sorry for asking a question instead of answering your's.

    I have just purchased clen and when it arrives will be taking it for the first time. I've done a fair amount of research and like you was going to use Benadryl in the 3rd week but I'm interested in the ans to your question.

    My question is, There are many different cycle suggestions posted on many different sites. What cycle and dosage do you recomend and should i stop taking Creatine during my cycle??

    Dosage all ***ends on your body and how you handle it. I slowly raised my dosages until I found out what was perfect for me, and that is 220 mcgs per day. That's alot for some people, but I find it works best with me. Start off your dose at something like 40-60mcg and raise it by another dose every day after until you reach a tolerable dose.

    As for the creatine thing, I don't know.

    Bump, will be starting mine soon and was wondering the same thing... If it takes two weeks to down reg why not up reg after one?

    How much is your temp changing in a single week?

    I dont see any problems taking benadryl every week instead of 3weeks. I ran my clen cycle and took a benadryl everyday myself loading up on benadryl every two weeks. If you get the pump clen from AR-R every pump is 20 mcg which you should start out bumbing it up 20 mcg until you meet your threshold. I had night sweats for the first two weeks and thats about it. I got my tuarine to side the cramps and had no problems. Good luck.

    Quite a bit, actually. The first few days my temp was about .5-1.0 degrees above normal. Then it dropped the last few days even though I was still on Clen. So I took 100mg of Benadryl last night to start off my second week. Took my temperature today and it's back to .5-1.0 degrees above normal.

    This is what i'm wondering, is if some people's B2 receptors down-regulate quicker (or slower) than other people? It seems my temp dropped back to normal after only one week of use.

    ive heard a lot of taking benadryl with clen but just wondering whats the advantages of doing this

    The Benadryl up-regulates the beta-2 receptors on fat cells. Clenbuterol severely down-regulates those receptors. The more down-regulated they are, the less fat you're going to lose due to Clen being ineffective because of the down-regulation.

    220mcgs is an outrageous dosage. I don't think people should attempt this and it could lead you to heart problems. There is no need to go above 120mcgs, 140 should be absolute maximum imo

    I do agree with you in that it's an insane dosage for MOST. However... I have checked my blood pressure at this dosage and it's fine, and my heart rate is only ever so slightly above normal as well. Either my bottle of liquid Clen is underdosed, or my body has some kind of resistance to Clen.

    Still the recommended dosages at the frequency you suggest is not advisable. Remember Benadryl, like Melatonin accumulates within the body.
