    cooking oil

My new bulking diet is going to be the one on the sticky as its suits my weight but instead of having 8 egg whites im going to have 4 whole eggs. I am going to make an omelete out of them for breakfast and was wondering what's the healthiest cooking oil to use. I was thinking of olive.

I have heard somewhere that olive oil loses alot of its benefits when it is heated. I would suggest coconut or avocado.

cooking at high heat will denature the properties of the oil you are talking about which will destroy any of its nutritional value (apart from cal content). He needs to use a heat stable cooking oil such as coconut or pure MCT, Peanut oil, avocado oil...
