    Summer Bulking Help!!!

    Age: 23
    6'1"
    196lbs
    8%BF
    Cycle experience: Test E, Deca, Tren A, Test Prop, Masteron.

    Im looking to out on about 20lbs of mass or more with keeping 15 at the min. I am also prone to gyno and have had joint problems with my shoulders in the past. My diet is in check with 325g of protien ED and 4500 Cal. ED.

    I was think about something like this considering the gyno and joint problems, just something simple to put on some mass.

    Test E or C, also (what are your opinions on sust)
    Weeks 1-15 500mg EW

    Deca Weeks 1-13 400mg EW
    or
    EQ Weeks 1-14 600mg EW

    Arimidex .25mg EOD

    PCT:
    Nolva 20mg ED Week 17-21
    HCG 500IU ED Week 15-17
    Arimidex .25mg ED

    What are your thoughts on aromasin instead of arimidex during pct and proviron during cycle and pct?

    looks good to me.

    maybe bump up the protein a little.
    and run the nolva @ 40mg ED for first 2 weeks of pct.

    I dont think you will need to run 15 weeks, 12 should be enough ?
    how did you respond to previous cycles ? you probebly know best if you gain weight easy or not, in the beginning of cycle.

    some people run a lil deca and eq together...

    something like
    test 500mg wk
    eq 400mg wk
    deca 200-300mg wk

    but im not sure about dosages...

    search a bit around...

    dont think running hcg during pct is best idea..
    maybe run it mid-end of cycle, but before pct.
    and pct with clomid and nolva

    I dont know too much about the juices but dieting strategies can really be a helpful cheap way out.. I havent cycled yet... Will start soon.. So i will give you some advice from a natural bodybuilder standpoint... there are a couple options... Your lifting technique... for bulking.... Extremely heavy loads.. 6-10 reps to failure... 3 sets max.. 3-5 minute pauses between sets... and super set your last set with the same muscle group.. also invest in different types of protein... Whey before and after work outs... Casein in the mornings and at night... That will give you a good steady flow of protein throughout the day... Even with 6 balanced meals with good protein intake.. your musces could very easily not be satisfied at all hours of the day...
    natural trainer/bodybuilder stand point.. I would give you some tips on the roids but i dont want to send you in the wrong direction with my little experience in the area
