I've previously contacted you to let you know i ordered on tuesday april 10th. Your website says the status is still pending. The money was withdrawn from the account on wednesday. I sent you a pm and asked you to look into and you agree'd that was thursday. Today is sunday and i've sent you two other pm's with no response. Normally my packages get to me in 2 days. No package yet, just want to know whats up. Thank you for your time.

Lion i have done what you asked me too i have sent two e-mail to the ar-r website and to sales. No response from either. The money was withdrawn from my account on april 11th the day after i made the order. Your website still says pending. I want to know whats going on if its not gonna be sent today i would like to cancel my order and have my money refunded to my account. Thank you for your time.

John, if you haven't yet, you may want to check out the thread labeled "Pending" in the other forum. Lion has apparently been having server issues, and has addressed them there. A lot of us who ordered last week have not gotten our stuff yet.
