Well i've been reading for a few weeks and this is what i have come up with for possibly my first cycle, criticize at will
I'm 6'2 225, not sure of BF% but its not high, I pitch in College but don't have to worry about being tested, Trying to get Stronger in my core and cut a little bit and so I plan to hit the weight room religiously this offseason along with running and long toss
this is what i have come up with
def No winny because of joint problems
i was thinking
Weeks 1-8 Masteron 100 Mgs EOD
Weeks 1-8 Test Prop 100 Mgs EOD
Do i need anything else to go along with these?
Also some advice on a PCT would be greatly appreciated. Thanx Buds
