300 mg of deca for 4 weeks has caused my blood pressure to rise to 140/80... will using NPP instead of regular deca help alleviate the problem?

what else are you using? What is your sodium and water intake? And no NPP will not help reduce BP although it will be out of system faster if problems arise and you need to come off.
some people say you bloat less on NPP, i'm not sure myself since i've never used it but less bloat will usually equal lower BP
^yes thats true but the bloat from deca is not severe and should not be causing BP issues unless something else is wrong i.e. water, sodium ect....

drink more water and look out for any hidden sodium in your foods (any processed or canned goods are notorious for this).
