my tail bone is bruised and swollen! HELP

My test enth 300 was injected on thursday.. and my tail bone is only getting worse... I need help please... My stuff is legit but i dont know whats wrong.. Please help i dont know if this is serious enough to visit the doctor for

Also ... the swelling will likely go down soon ... an abcess would have taken longer to develop than 4 days. it's irritated ... and I hope you don't get scar tissue from it - but its unlikely it's an infection. Apparently, there was a whole batch of T-Enan that came out of china that was bad... have a picture you can post?

make sure you are going into the thick part of the upper outer ass. where the meat is. if you get inbetween the musle and the bone it will get very sore.
