I keep getting blood in the syringe almost everytime I aspirate!

I've taken 3 shots in glutes now and 2 out of the 3 shots i've gotten into a vein. I aspirate and there is blood. I also bleed pretty badly out of the injection sight everytime I inject.

I have 0 pain, am very clean, do all of the proper steps, and I'm injecting into the upper outside quadrent of my glutes and just rotating back and forth between the left and right since each side has a week in between injections. I'm doing 250mg test E twice a week.

I've read alot about most guys never having any blood ever in the syringe when they aspirate, and they have done tons of cycles. Any reason why I might be different?

Also, there is absolutely no pain when I inject or pull out the needle, and I'm very steady. I have a friend do the left glute because I can't reach it.

Exactly where in the glute are you injecting

you gottabe careful not to perm mess ur vein up and not to hit the sciatic nerve in your glute, look, and where exactly are you puttin the needle, look up a vascular diagram and avoid the major veins

Try to hold the needle as steady as possible..which by yourself can be pretty challenging..you may be moving around quite a bit in there

My doc never told me about aspirating. Is this a problem? I take mine in the shoulder.

I'm doing it exactly where it shows to do on sp**inject****.com. The upper outter quadrent. It is exactly where I get injected at the doctor, and I know I'm getting it right in the muscle because the muscle has been sore for days after I do them.

I'm injecting my buddy in the exact same spot, and no blood has come out on him at all.

If you go a little bit lower on the glutes, like the gluteus medius accidentally, are there more veins?(not that I do this, I'm just wondering).

I feel like my ass is a pin coushion because one time I had to inject 3 times in one side just to get it where it wasn't in a vein.

I could understand that this could cause the blood to come out more after the injection, but I still don't know why I keep going into veins!

Also, I'm using a 23g 1.5in needle.

It just kind of worries me because when I move to a more veiny area like my quads I feel like I'm gonna be in deep sh**.

Put the tip of your thumb on the top of your hib bone, (the very top) and spread you index and middle finger down the side like your holding a gun impression. Now without moving your thumb, put your fingers as far back as you can right below your waistline. Thats where to shoot. If you can figure that out you will never hit a vein...and its very simple. One inch on glute shots makes a big difference.

You think maybe I'm going to deep. I'm about 10-11% BF. Should I go with a 1-1.25inch pin instead of the 1.5?

Well, maybe you should try your shoulders or glutes than and see how that works for ya

No i think you may be possibly getting in between the 2 muscles. There are 2 main muscles in your glutes, and a little below the are i talked about is where they separate. You should still get it in the muscle either way just may go through a little more blood and guts first.

I'm gonna go with the quads next two injections, just to pop their cherries.

Just started this week...one injection in each quad so far...the outer sweep area. In bright light you can see the bluish colored veins in your thighs and simple inject where you don't see them. So far my injections have been smooth, easy and painless.

I just started my cycle the other day and I did my deltoid. Kinda nervous about my quad because of how vascular they are... just looking at them I see a fkin network of veins. I've had glutes bleed before from injections but normally my delts are a-ok.

Also, if you're BF% is as you say, you can probably use a 1" needle on your glute without any troubles.

Just a question but have you bled like this whenever someone else injected for you? And if the majority of the times you've aspirated blood was when self injecting then I'd say that it's most likely not venous blood but from bursting capillaries and/or arterioles and venoules from the needle moving around which you may not realize, glute self injections can be challenging

Come to think of it, it might be from me injecting myself. I don't feel like I'm moving around at all in there, but when my buddy has done the injections and aspirated there hasn't ever been any blood. Like I said though, after a few pokes, I didn't get any blood sucked up in the needle when I've done it myself.
