i cant get big and i cant get cut no matter how good i diet i think my genetics are so poor. my mom and dad were very overweight and was never athletic ive dieted so hard and nothing. ive cycled 5 times and i want to cut but i feel when i do a cuttin cycle like tren-prop-clen-t3 i lose weight on the scale but im not getting as defined as i would like. my new cycle even tho i am cutting i will just make sure my diet is 3000 calories of very healthy food i also do cardio i do cycling for an hour 3 times a week and basketball twice a week for 2 hours i usually switch it up sumtimes ill do stairmaster 1 day in replace for cycle and treadmil 1 day for bball but still nothing i dunno wat to do i dont think ill ever have a very defined 6 pack with that said i am resorting to the most gear ive ever used and ive people think i should use more than please tell me what works for them. i am also thinking of adding var and winny at the end ive never heard of anyone doing this but ive never used either drug and heard they dont cut that well but im willing to try anythin right now
