    New cycle

    i cant get big and i cant get cut no matter how good i diet i think my genetics are so poor. my mom and dad were very overweight and was never athletic ive dieted so hard and nothing. ive cycled 5 times and i want to cut but i feel when i do a cuttin cycle like tren-prop-clen-t3 i lose weight on the scale but im not getting as defined as i would like. my new cycle even tho i am cutting i will just make sure my diet is 3000 calories of very healthy food i also do cardio i do cycling for an hour 3 times a week and basketball twice a week for 2 hours i usually switch it up sumtimes ill do stairmaster 1 day in replace for cycle and treadmil 1 day for bball but still nothing i dunno wat to do i dont think ill ever have a very defined 6 pack with that said i am resorting to the most gear ive ever used and ive people think i should use more than please tell me what works for them. i am also thinking of adding var and winny at the end ive never heard of anyone doing this but ive never used either drug and heard they dont cut that well but im willing to try anythin right now

    1 gram of test e for 12 weeks
    800mg of eq for 11 weeks
    800mg of deca for 11weeks
    100mg of anadrol for 1-4weeks
    letro throughout
    nolva throughout
    clomid 2 weeks after
    500iu ED hcg weeks 6-8 and 12-14
    vitamin b6 throughout


    is there anything i can do to get big and stay lean i am now like 200lbs after the cutting cycle i dropped 25 lbs and is this safe to do i am facing a lot of tragedy in my life and i am very ***ressed in general i take zoloft and xanax for my ***ression but i am just not happy and seek help weekly. if my diet is in check and my gear is legit should i have any problems making good lean gains around 20lbs of good weight? and also what drug can i use to help get a very defined six pack besides HGH because i cant afford it

    just a thought, ive read stress and ***ression cause conrtisol to raise in the body causing a catabolic state and so breaking down muscle and slowing metabolism. so cheer up man, working out should be enjoyable and stress releiving not stress causing, as for the rest of what ya wrote some other senior members can prob help ya out, what r u eating exactly anyway?

    Dude,

    That is a lot of gear for under 100kg! If you are still looking to cut, the one thing that sticks out in your stack is the Anadrol. Anadrol gives a full smooth look and is usually used for bulking. Of course, the ancillaries will help, but I don't think that is the best choice for a cutting cycle. Anavar rocks when it comes to strength gains (slowly), and will not cause water retention. Sounds like you have it on hand. Once ya get the nors and the test up to speed I would add the Var.

    Also, I have had a lot of experience with benzos, and they can be great to help you sleep, but I have noticed (this may be just me) that I just don't seem to do as well as the dosage increases. So, if ya need it, keep the Xanax down to a minimum. Bump to Lebowski on stress, it can raise cortisol levels in the body. I have heard that Prozac and Zoloft, etc. can mess with ya, but I do not have any first hand experience there.

    Regardless of anything you or anyone else thinks, it sounds like you have done pretty well (-25lbs on your last cutting cycle is good!). Keep the faith bro, sometimes it takes a long time.

    Have you ever had any blood test after a cycle? Maybe you should to see if everything is in order, total test and free test levels etc. Also I admire that you are so active, but fatigue can cause ***ression too. And how old are you?

    Never was it said steroids make you look better, it just make you preform better ie... bigger stonger faster. I know guys that are in the same boat you are cant get cut to save thier life, but man do they have power behined thier punches. (though it might not seem like it)

    Not an excuse to feel sorry for yourself. Diet and training are the determining factors that will either rip you up or add muslce mass on to the user.

    You state this is your 5th cycle, bro if you cant grow or cut on gear, then your doing something wrong.

    There is something wrong with either your diet or training regime or a combonation of both, theres is no doubt about it.

    Scrap that cycle you have proposed, way too many compounds and at dosages that are not needed considering your goals. Remember the more compounds you have doesnt mean you will gain more.

    Heres is what i would suggest.

    1-10 Prop 100mg/ed
    1-8 Tren 75-100mg/ed
    1-8 Masteron 75-100mg/ed
    1-10 Letro .25mg/ed

    This will get you cut, if your diet and training are spot on. PM one of the more experienced bros and they will propose a diet for you to enhance your gains, and optimize your results.

    Also don't use your ***ression as an excuse to run AAS and high doses of gear.

    Hey bro....Is your gear real and you know this for a fact. Dont let some cat play with your emotions and take advantage of you and tell you to take all these roids and he then is sitting there selling you fake gear.
