I've sifted through several Tren searches, and though many hinted at it no one came right out and answered my question.

Tren A is best administered ED, though EOD is acceptable. What are the best and acceptable protocols for Tren E?

I would do it every 5 days

Shoot it like you would test e....Twice a week.

Some shoot longer esters more frequently, citing that it reduces sides...If that's true for you, go for it.

the ester is what matters. Do same as test E every 3.5 days. and i would do it at 500mg ew
