well, my stats are already posted. ^^
my goal is to put on no more than 5-7 pounds of lean muscle, if that, and mainly stay around the same weight, just lower BF to 10% or lower if possible.

Cant comment on Var.
Tbol = stomach problems, gaseous stomach/cramps. Headaches too. This was for the first 1-2 weeks, then subsided. I went as high as 80mg/ED too.
