    Tired Of Oatmeal!!!!

Do you guys eat your Oats in the morning dry with Skim Milk, or do you microwave them with water? I see lots of recipes for them, but was just curious what you guys do with yours. I microvae a cup of dried oats and throw in some splenda and cinnamon, but i'm tired of this shit... i'd rather mix them with Skim Milk and eat them like cereal.... anyone tried this?

p.s. i know skim milk has some sugar in it... but is it really enough to make a difference?

I've tried it with vanilla, which was okay, and chocolate. I actually look foward to eating a warm chocolate oatmeal in the morning. Never get tired of eating it.

I add some frozen berries. Sometimes nuts and raisins.
My favorite is adding dried shredded pork - can be found in chinese markets, also called "pork sung" it is kind of sweet and salty and a good source of protein. Also tried it with "Furikake" - dried sea**** with sesame seeds and sometimes dried salmon - can be found in Japanese and Chinese supermarkets.

One scoop of Butter Cream Toffee Whey Protein by Dymatize, however much oats you eat, raw pasteurized egg whites, a few blackberries....hasn't gotten old in 8 months.

Whey is the way to to (oh the pun). I've mixed it with chocolate whey and flax oil. Tastes good...it just looks like something you would find in a field that cattle use for grazing.

I splurge on my oatmeal. Cook it just as the directions state, then add about 1/4 cup of skim milk, 2 teaspoons of butter (to a 1 cup serving), and 2 teaspoons of sugar.

The butter makes it taste great! May not be the best idea for dudes that put on fat easy though.

    you can even try.
oats/whey chocolate powder in water microwave.
when its really hot put tablespoon of peanut butter to it.
and mix well , then the cinnamon.

and sometimes just without the peanut butter.
thats the two combination i use.

sometimes when its really hot i add bannana sliced up into it, which caramilises alittle cause of the heat.
which taste great with the choc powder.
