your goal of 20-25 pounds is possible, but the end result after you get off and drop the water will be lower than 20-25 in my opinion. For a first time cycle, Maybe consider at least 400. I did mine for the first time at 500/wk. took mine on Monday and Thursday. Had good gains with that. But remember, without the right diet and training, your just pissin your money away.
AND make sure before you start....get all your gear and supplies FIRST. even all your pins and needles. Have everything before you start. I see it time and time again. People start and they will be like....."I have one shot left in my test and i cant get a hold of my source or my source cant get any right now" "What do I do?" LOL. or " i cant get any darts at my local pharmacy cause they are out" LOL.
