In the past 2 days i have had NO sugar all i eat is: chicken, tuna, egg whites, brown rice with soy sauce only, oats with splenda, shakes, and flax. n i drink: mostly water and i had one diet soda a day. Don't I need some sugar?

Are you asking what i eat pwo or are u asking if i take any sugar in, pwo? cause i dont take any sugar in, pwo and i have a pwo shake and then my very next meal is pro/carb
you definately need sugars PWO (approx. 75g) no matter what kind of diet your on.
Here's my recipe immediately after wrkt.
Protein Smoothie: 2 scoops protein
1 cup fat-free choc/van frozen yogurt
6-8 oz choc milk
1 TBSP peanut butter
1/2 banana

I dont have any sugar intake nor any high GI carbs all day nor any non efa fats (peanuts, flax). I can go without all 3 of those (would i want to? not really) but if i need them i def dont wanna screw up
do a search on PWO nutrition....this is the most important meal of the day!!!
This is the only time that it is ok to have high glycemic carbs a.nd it will not hurt you
