    i dont have anything against fat people but does it bother anybody else when fat guys with no muscle mass think they are jacked?

    it pisses me off when people use there entire body to swing up a dumbell to perform a bicep curl.... and they think there huge so they curl up there sleeves .....

    yea thats f-ing annoying too theres this kid at my gym that does that and he walks around like hes huge and hes not.....im not jacked either but i know how to lift the weight

    We have one douschebag that thinks he is all that. Were about the same strength, but he's 2" taller and 20lbs heavier. He always throws two plates on each side on the decline bench, so he thinks he's doing something. He cant flat or incline bench shit...

    This guy is arrogant. I'm the only one that does squats in the early am. I was doing front squats, with lighter weight than behind the neck after 5 sets of reg squats, and i did a set of 6 or 8 @ about 125. He comes over while I go get some water and puts it behind his neck and busts out 15... He is def, being a prick or he is gay, I cant tell...Maybe both.

    Yah I hate that... I'll have guys come up to me going "man how much you weigh?" And when I tell them I'm 180 they'll say something like "that's it, I'm 200".... They forget the part where they are 200 with a 40 inch waist..

    you guys all sound like stayinstacked used to. you have to realize that there are always gonna be bigger guys in the gym who think the same about you, as you do about others. to some, you are that skinny or fat guy thinking hes the man, doesn't make anyone any better for writing it on the internet. if it's such a problem, put on your headphones and do what you're there to do: workout. focus on your training and not every other guy in the gym. good luck -B-STRONG

    Nah, it doesn't irritate me. Their ability or inability has no influence on my own personal success in the gym. Or in life in general.

    im not one to get involved with this shit......But theirs this one kid, I call him Uncle ****er.......i dont get involved or care about the gym douchebags....

    the other day, I did somthing very uncharacteristic of me but it was just to funny to pass up.

    I actually just took a seat, and watched this kid through his squat workout for a half hour.....when my workout was done, I just stayed and watched.....I made fun of him the whole time........it was to funny


    Now i normally dont do petty shit like this, but somtimes ya gotta just stop to smell the roses......I mean when you storm in and literally throw your gym back with authority at the floor, and start doing retarded shoulder warmups swinging dumbells all over the goddamm place, (working legs mind you), and then bust out stretches in an aggressive matter like your getting ready for the superbowl........And thats all fine, i like a little bit of attitude......But when all this leads to quarter inch squats, its just to goddamn funny..........and then he goes out of his way correcting people....Suffering from intense ILS syndrome (invisible Lat), walk around like your as wide as jay cutler when your as wide as my grandma, and stair everyone down trying to intimidate them by showing them your the alpha male in the weight room..so i just sat back, and watched the specticle.

    I am skinny too, and i like to walk around thinking i am big and strong....i can only bench 455 for 3 but i like to pretend i am strong....

    why does it bother any of you? do you have low self esteem that you have to think your better then someone because of the way they look or the form they have when lifting? we all were that stupid skinny or fat guy that does not know shit once. I like to be competitive but i also like to stay humble. anyway just my .5

    you know what, I wont lie, I am one of those guys that piss most of you off. here are some examples,

    1. I like to yell and grunt loudly when lifting. examp, I yelled and slammed the bar a couple weeks ago when I was doing 455 lb rack pulls.

    2. when I do chest and tri's i get a slight case of ILS but my tris are touching my lats so its not to exaggerated.

    3. I will pose hard after a set to increase blood flow, Most would see this as showing off.

    4. I like to wear the occational W. Beater. (right now im 6ft, 205 at about 10%, you decide if im too small)

    these are all valid points

    but my favourites are guys who shout and throw down their weights as if they are lifting buildings but onlt a few kgs,and everyone looks at them like they are complete cocks,but they actually think people are looking in admiration......

    why dont they lift lighter weight with strict form.
