Tricks?

After the injection what tricks do you use to eliminate pain over the next couple days?

eg. warm towel massage, shringe in warm water pre inject etc.....

I usually poke myself after a shower, and massage the area for a minute or so after injecting. Nothing special. Injecting slowly helps.
