Ok... Let me beging my story...

I dated this one girl.... Then like a week later find out one of my "friends" is dating her, I don't care cuz I had already found a hoter girl that was notches up on the ladder... But this douchebag starts talking crap about me and my friend... behind our backs... Like he'd talk crap about... lets call him BOB he talked crap about bob to me... and talked crap about me to bob... So I just stopped being friends with this guy cuz he's a real POS. Anyways I get harassing voice mails from him with the "fvck" word in just about every other word... he's using racist remarks towards my black friend who's my training partner... Were both like this shit is outa control he's running his mouth to us this guy talks so much smack... Anyways, the "friend" calls me today to harass me some more... I'm like this is enough BOB wants to talk to you one on one (by the way bob is 255 pounds) and the "friend" says tell him to meet me at my house... I'm like alright... We get to this kids house, he's just getting outa his car and my friend BOB goes up to him to talk, my "friend" who is a ***** backs down n then grabs him and says "get off my property" my friend BOB pushes the kid halfway across the lawn and this "friend" picks up his cell and calls 911 so as were dippin out i hear him mention my name...

Just trying to figure out what I should expect??? Num1 this guy leaves harassing voice messages on my voicemail. Num2 He calls me constantly blaming me for stuff that isn't true. Num3 He talks crap about my friend 24/7 and uses all kinds of racist remarks. Num4 He says meet him at his house and he's the first one to lay a hand on my friend and then HE calls the cops... WTF!?!?!?!

Update:

Well my friend was at class today the local cop stopped by to let him know there was a warrant out for his arrest and he went down to the police station and told them, he was arrested, fingerprinted, mugshots, the whole shabang. As soon as that was over they talked about what happend the police laughed and let him out....

Thing is this guy is pressing charges on my friend... But we got our stories and our facts straight... And were going to include the background into this (ie; harrassing voicemails to me and him, AIM conversations, and agreeing verbal statements, etc). The charges are going to get dropped no prob. Also this guy tried calling me today I didn't bother answering, his voicemail was saying about how he decided not to press charges on me and that I better not say sh!t in court... Pssh... now I have this voicemail plus all the other stuff going against him... how do you guys think it looks???

nothing involved with a judge yet... I dont understand how they made the arrest because I guess the cops came to this guys house and he gave him my friends name and that he wanted to press charges and then a few days later my friend got arrested. I don't understand how though I mean shit how do they know that this guy who called them was telling the truth you know??? I'd almost think that to be an false arrest or whatever you call it when there isn't really enough reason//probable cause or whatever.
