Ok i have a m8 thats -age-18 bf-13% height-6'2 weight -192lbs
He is tryin to bulk up but keep in shape as much as possible so this is the diet he planned, where do u think it needs changes-
8.30- 3 egg omelet, 2 pices of toast, pint of milk
11.00- 2 chicken breast, 100g brown rice
1.30- 200g fish, potatoes, veg
4.00- 4 eggs, cheese, pint milk
train at 6-7
7.30-2 chicken breasts, 50g white rice
10.30- 2 scopps whey made with milk
I was thinking turn meal 3 into pro&fat and have meal 3 as meal
4. But im not sure with the breakfast if he has that as porridge what can he have with it as he dont have much money to have protein shake with that aswell.
