160lbs, 24, 9%bf, 9 years training consistently, cycle history is in my profile (but all oral thus far).
and please do not make comments like you need to be 200lbs or oral cycles suck etc. i will not take advice from people that think like that so dont waste your time.
goals: 15 lbm and drop some bf, most importantly be strong as #*&%

until im back probably 4-6 weeks
what do you guys think of running an AI during cycle to keep the bloat out?
plus i want to take care of any gyno that could appear.
