    Now I got Pics!

    Ok so I haven't started juicing yet, I keep getting stronger, I eat well and maintain a positive life. I am 5' 11 @ 194 Lbs and from what i see from the rest of you... I need a tan.

    What I want from this site is this... advice, pointers, jokes... any thing that will help me in my effort. I know if I dropped 10 lbs I would be ripped, that is not what I am going for. Maintaining a growing body and keeping a good physical appearance is what I am after... after all it is almost boating season!

    I have been working out now for around 26 months with a year off due to surgery. 8 weeks ago I weighed 162 lbs yet i still maintained my frame from before. I am putting in a great effort and have surprised myself with what I have accomplished so far.

    Might be a bit fattier then you think. Looks like you dont put any fat on around your ribs which can be decieving cause im the same. How old are you? Wondering cause the muscle looks young (if you know what i mean)

    Anyway, your in the right place for advice. Love the honesty i find here. No bullshit drugfree nonsense like alotta full of shit sites out there.

    Thanks for the comments, and support. To answer your questions, I was not compleatly flexing if i was much at all. The "pooch" or spair tire if that is what you mean is from eating all the right stuff & protine shakes for the last 8 weeks and bulking 34 lbs. For those reasons I am doing 30 mins of cardio every morning for the last week and have cut out all over eating and any junk food I might have ate. I figure 4-5 weeks later I will be at my goal. I am 23 yrs old and want to do this for many years too come.

    Great job. Am I reading right, 32lbs natural in 8 weeks? I'm getting diet advice from you when I start to bulk!!
