on losing BF?
im on a 12week cycle of Test E 500mg/week
im currently on week 5, ive noticed some slightly fews gains in size wise, im seeing my muslces form up and push outward pushing the fat with it.....
in other words, im getting a nice curvy size but NO DEFINITION whatsoever!
after reading MORE and researching a bit more on why the cycle hasnt given me what ive been lookin for, since im 23% BFim gonan change my diet
ive heard ppl tell me Test E can be used as a great cutting cycle too! So ima do that now! now more 6meals a day, no more protein shakes and eating alot of this and that
im going to eat nothing but tuna fish, chicken, brown rice, rice cakes, ALOT OF WATER, ALOT OF SALADS and ima start eating alot of subway!!
so i was wondering if you guys can give me some other tips on helping me reduce body fat so that my muscles will no longer be shadowed in my BF
3 meals a day.... alot of veggies, little fruit, and LOTS of WATER for me now!!
any thoughts? Caffeine pills? ginger roots? starve myself? get ALOT of sleep? Get LITTLE sleep? anything?
