    Ok thats it! Changing diet! Any tips?

    on losing BF?

    im on a 12week cycle of Test E 500mg/week

    im currently on week 5, ive noticed some slightly fews gains in size wise, im seeing my muslces form up and push outward pushing the fat with it.....

    in other words, im getting a nice curvy size but NO DEFINITION whatsoever!

    after reading MORE and researching a bit more on why the cycle hasnt given me what ive been lookin for, since im 23% BF im gonan change my diet

    ive heard ppl tell me Test E can be used as a great cutting cycle too! So ima do that now! now more 6meals a day, no more protein shakes and eating alot of this and that

    im going to eat nothing but tuna fish, chicken, brown rice, rice cakes, ALOT OF WATER, ALOT OF SALADS and ima start eating alot of subway!!

    so i was wondering if you guys can give me some other tips on helping me reduce body fat so that my muscles will no longer be shadowed in my BF

    3 meals a day.... alot of veggies, little fruit, and LOTS of WATER for me now!!

    any thoughts? Caffeine pills? ginger roots? starve myself? get ALOT of sleep? Get LITTLE sleep? anything?

    bro i hope your kidding.... starve yourself haha... just continue bulking and get cut post cycle all natty thats what im doing. you need 5-6 meals a day atleast 4000 cals on test.

    subway sucks too. it tastes good but its processed meet. that shit aint good for u... what ur diet like now?

    no no no i cant be doing no 3000-4000 calories a day no more!! im gaining all kinds of weight! fat, muscle, water, etc... etc.. my BF is too high! i wanna see my muscles now

    now i know why u cant have more than 18% bf when doing a cycle, god i was soo stubborn to listen, BUT ITS OK!!! This is a learning experience for me, i know now for next time...

    my diet? wow... dont even know where to begin but here goes

    breakfast i take a protein shake and a bowl of cereal, either special k or some good wholsome wheat Cheerios (no sugar)

    for lunch i eat my mothers lunch that she has made for the day (im hispanic, lunch varies hardcore, from steamed potatoes with beef or chicken or fish, to beans with potatoe and rice with some pork, umm alot of soups)

    then after a while of lunch, i drink another protien shake, followed by dinner (which is same as lunch) and then go to gym

    come back, another shake and sleep

    YES I KNOW !! My diet is not organized WHATSOEVER

    but forget all that, ima eat nothing but the above mentioned from my first post and here are some other recom. other members have given me

    7:45am
    2-3 egg whites
    2 small tortillas, mushrooms, fat free cheese & salsa
    1 English muffin with no sugar added jam & peanut butter
    15 gm of whey protein
    25 gm of oatmeal

    10:15
    1 1/2 can of tuna
    15 ml of flax seed oil (wtf?)

    12:45
    8 eggs & green onion & light mayo (makes an egg salad)
    3 pieces of whole-wheat bread w/ ham
    1 banana
    15 gm of whey protein
    1 yogurt

    3:15
    1 1/2 can of tuna
    15 ml of flax seed oil (again wtf?)

    5:15
    Some steak/beef (lean)
    20 gm of whey protein
    Mustard
    Some carrots
    5 ml of flax seed oil (wtf is this?)

    1 HOUR TRAINING START 6:00PM to 7:00PM

    7:15
    60 gm of whey
    5 rice cakes (caramel flavored)
    1 apple
    2.5 ml of flaxseed oil (umm... yea?)

    9:30
    cottage cheese
    15 gm of whey protein
    1 no sugar added fat free yogurt

    TOTAL CARBS: 300 GM – 1200 calories
    TOTAL PROTEIN 320 GM – 1280 calories
    APPROX TOTAL FAT: 63 GM – 567 calories
    TOTAL CALORIES: 3047 calories per day

    Meal 1:
    Lean Protein, 1/2 cup oatmeal

    Meal 2:
    Protein shake/Lean Protein (2 tbsp flax)

    Veggies, Lean Protein

    Workout

    Meal 4:
    PWO Nutrition

    Meal 5:
    Veggies, Lean Protein, 1/2 cup rice or oatmeal.

    Meal 6:
    Shake with Flax




    so yea, ima go tom. to the supermarket and find all this stuff, buy alot of it and eat it religously until i start losing some freaking BF!!!

    Thoughts? Help? Anyone?
